1. Photographer/Video (You Tube/Social Media)
Our In-House Graphic Design department is looking for a Photographer/Social Media (video/youtube) with some experience in Graphic and Web Design also.

This position will be responsible to create and prepare photographic images and video to promote/display in a variety of published mediums. Thorough understanding of a camera and video operation as well as lighting, composition, working with models and props is required. We are looking for someone who is flexible and able to work independently or as part of a team.
Requirements
Experience in still, commercial, news, industrial, medical, or product photography and videographer.
Ability to shoot both in a studio or on location. Required to scout locations to determine if they meeting creative and technical requirements.
Initiative, follow through and capable of completing task and meeting deadlines.
Good written and verbal communications skills and excellent organization skills and attention to detail.
Capable of making decisions on variety of tasks requiring discretion, judgment and initiative guided by general procedures or standards.
Must have a working knowledge of video editing software such as Final Cut Pro, Premiere, iMovie, or After Effects. Must be proficient in Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, and some knowledge of Dreamweaver.
Must have online portfolio available with work samples demonstrating graphic design skills.

2. Product Manager
We are looking for a Product Manager to define and maintain a product roadmap that meets market requirements and will ensure the delivery of a product that meets or exceeds market expectations. Responsibilities include the development and execution of product, packaging, merchandising, pricing, distribution, promotional and branding strategies for specific product lines and sub-brands within identified business channels. With an in-depth knowledge of our products and market positioning, the PM will develop and execute on a business plan that delivers innovative products and marketing strategies that grow market share and gross and net margin dollars.

The PM is responsible for being the company expert in terms of knowledge of the product lines, our channel partners, our competitors and the end-consumer. This individual is responsible for crafting clear direction for supporting internal and external resources as it relates to the development and execution of products, merchandizing and communication materials and will act as the day-to-day project manager to ensure all marketing initiatives are executed on time and according to specification. In addition, the PM will perform product, market, consumer, sales and trend analysis and conduct primary and secondary research as needed to best position the product lines and brand in the marketplace.
Requirements
3 to 5 years of experience.
MBA and/or Undergrad degree/experience in business, engineering or marketing.
Prior experience marketing consumer products
Experience marketing, selling and supporting Mass channels retailers (Target, Wal Mart, etc) is preferred Demonstrated success in product launches and end-to-end execution of marketing strategies Highly detail-oriented with proven project management skills Ability to multi-task and provide effective direction to numerous functional groups in fast-pace environment Excellent written skills, especially as it relates to marketing copywriting for packaging, collateral and the web.
Highly proficient in building marketing presentations in Microsoft Powerpoint
