"I like your product. I guess most laptops must have an overheating problem. I wasn't aware of this when our school site bought ours. We have 17" Toshibas and last spring they started shutting down unexpectedly. We did some trouble shooting and figured out that they were overheating. Your Cool Lift product is working great!"

I like it. It's simple, easy to use, etc. I've often taken it with me in my laptop bag so when I'm out at a client site, I can still have the laptop stay cool. It's lightweight which makes it easy to carry around.
