Each year Operation Smile volunteers to repair childhood facial deformities while building public and private partnerships that advocate sustainable healthcare systems for children and families. Operation Smile strives to create smiles, change lives, and heal humanity.

HandStands has been actively involved in sponsoring Operation Smile for over twenty years. Don Watkins, HandStands’ Chief Executive Officer, serves on the national board, and, with his wife and family, have been to the Philippines, China, Brazil, Peru, and Cambodia helping aid in Operation Smile missions. They were particularly involved in the opening up of Cambodia.

HandStands and its employees have made significant contributions to Operation Smile, and continue to cite Operation Smile as their “cause of choice.” Most recently, the company offered to match other contributors up to $100,000.
